A constructing operator for rubber curler is accountable for assembling the aspects and working for coaching of Rubber Roller. 

Job Role

Preparing the roller rod and collecting components 

Loading components in the right sequence as per instructions so as to get maximum output 

Unwinding compounded rubber from roll carefully while slightly stretching the rubber

Applying rubber strip on the roller shaft from one end and rotating the roller slowly

Putting rubber strip spherically and lengthwise with minimum overlap as specified 

Starting the same application from the opposite side and rotating the roll slowly while applying rubber strip uniformly

Stopping after two layers and removing the trapped air with the help of poker while restricting it with pressuring roller/stickers

Repeating this process until the total thickness is achieved as per the specifications

Taking a wet cloth strip and winding it up on top of the rubber uniformly with minimum cloth overlap

Covering edges of the strip and putting it into autoclave in the suspended form to allow top heat/curing time as per specifications

Carrying out housekeeping, reporting, documentation, and quality checks

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Working hours
