The tasks a Coagulant Bath Operator is expected to perform include: 

Preparing coagulant solution

Assisting in continuous and batch dipping process using coagulants and latex extrusions 

Working on mold/former withdrawal from the coagulant solution in order to have the right thickness build of latex film deposits 

Checking compounded latex solid content and handling machine speed for optimum dimension control of the product 

Working towards achieving specified product dimensions and weight controls while working with coagulants on latex products 

Carrying out housekeeping, reporting, documentation, and quality checks

WORK ENVIRONMENT

It needs one to be on their toes

Need not handle a team

Local traveling may be a part of this job role
