DISE is a diploma level course. It is arrangements for managing fire safety to avert a fire occurring and to protect people and property. Various topics as evacuation procedures and responsibilities for all staff; maintenance and testing requirements for fire safety equipment; management of contractors; procedures to follow in the event of any alterations to the building; methods of minimising false alarms; responsibilities for carrying out fire risk assessments; and specific procedures for special events involves in this course.
