About Us

The job is to maintain pipelines across steam lines, water lines, gas lines etc. across the plant. This also involves up-keeping, monitoring and maintenance of pipelines

Duties and Responsibilities

Provides technical knowledge and involvement for the following facets of Field Maintenance:

Understands Piping Class and Symbols, Fabrication works, Hydro testing, Pneumatic Testing and Nitrogen purging.

Understands all types of material from SS, MS, CS , Galvanized, etc.and Interprets Welding Procedure Standards.

Understands the principles of Post welding Heat Treatment, Shrink fitting and Thermal expansion of metals for assembly of shaft to sleeves, shafts to bearings(Clearance fit or Transition fit).

Installation & removal of pipe spools, blinding and de-blinding of pipelines.

Vessel internal assembly, disassembly & repair as per drawings.

Able to understand the Basic Rigging Signals or verbally direct equipment Crane operators in hoisting and moving loads, in order to ensure safety of workers and materials.

Able to use all the precisions measuring tools to take all the dimensions, and clearances of the equipment.

Select proper tools for safe & efficient working and determines tools for lifting/shifting of loads

To work together in team to accomplish tasks.

Understanding of the Standards Relating to tools/equipment.
