MPhil in Earth Science (Master of Philosophy in Earth Science)

M.Phil (Earth Science) is a master degree course. The master course introduces candidates to research skills and specialist knowledge. The research degree course provide study related to presentation of spatial data, application of geo- information in identifying and responding to development problems and in drafting development policies, developing research skills to design and tackle research and development projects in many fields of geo-informatics. Master of Philosophy in Earth Science course take around 2-year and its syllabus is divide in 4-semester of six month each. This master’s by research will offer candidates with a suitable background to work as a research assistant as well as with the grounding for further study towards a doctoral level research degree.
