MPhil in Housing (Master of Philosophy in Housing)

M.Phil(Housing) is 2-year  Postgraduate Academic Research Degree level course. The research course is very flexible and candidate can complete the courses through full-time, part-time or modular study. The program provides all the basic skills in housekeeping and knowledge needed for working. The main purpose of this course is to help applicants understand the difference between social housing and affordable housing. The degree course offer an overview of key developments and good practice in risk management linked to social housing providers. The course is perfect of those applicant who, for a range of reasons, may be less able to protect themselves from neglect, who work within housing support services often work with customers, harm or abuse.

Eligibility:

• To seek after M.Phil., one needs to have a Master's degree in Housing. Up-and-comers need to gain 55% stamps in the subject picked for M.Phil. course or an associated subject at the postgraduate level to be viewed as qualified for the course.
