MPhil in Manufacturing Science (Master of Philosophy in Manufacturing Science)

M.Phil (Manufacturing Science) is a 2-year duration research level course. Manufacturing Science  is specific subject that centered on the following key areas: manufacturing systems, nanotechnology, bioengineering, nano-composites, MEMS, laser/plasma surface coating technologies, large deformation systems, manufacturing processes, advanced machining processes, micro/nanofabrication and finishing, CAM of advanced engineering materials, polymer processing and rheology, lab on chip, vibration control of machine tools, adaptive control system, unconventional machining, solid-liquid phase change (melting/solidification). The course is offered by various colleges and universities in India. Through this course, candidates can make their career in various fields. 

Eligibility:

• Candidates need to have a Master's degree in the related subject. Up-and-comers need to gain 55% marks in the associated subject at the postgraduate level to be viewed as qualified for the course. The rate Norm may fluctuate from Institute to Institute. 
• A composed test possibly directed to evaluate the competitor's learning. The individuals who qualify in the composed test will be required to show up in a meeting. Certain establishments waiver passageway test if the applicant has qualified in NET, SET or proportionate national-level assessment.
