PGPM or Post Graduate Program in Management is a course available to students who have completed their graduation and are now interested in gaining managerial skills. One very important thing to note is that PGPM is a certification course not a degree course and it is offered under several other names also such as PGP, PGPX or EPGP. The course duration is generally 1 year but some colleges do offer 2-year PGP courses. Generally, 2-year PGP courses end in an MBA degree. • The candidate requires a minimum of two to three years of work experience to be eligible for the PGPM course.
• Candidates of the unreserved category must secure a minimum of 50% of the total aggregate marks in their bachelor's degree.
• Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories must have a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in their Bachelor's degree. 
• A prerequisite for enrollment in the PGPM course is passing an entrance exam, such as the CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, etc.
